Hub Helsinki on paikka, jossa yhteiskunnallisten innovaatioiden tekijät kohtaavat. Hub on yhteisö, jonka omistavat ihmiset ja sen päätökset tekevät Hubin jäsenomistajat. Hub on yhteiskunnallinen yritys ja yritysmuodoltaan osuuskunta.

- Edistävät yhteiskunnallisia innovaatioita ja uudenlaista työskentelyn ja toiminnan kulttuuria pääkaupunkiseudulla Hubin omistamisen kautta
- Ohjaavat Hubin toimintaa valitsemalla vuosikokouksessa hallituksen ja tuovat halutessaan näkemyksensä esille omistajakokouksissa
- Päättävät Hubin voitonjaosta vuosikokouksessa
- Ovat demokraattinen yhteisö: jos olet omistajajäsen saat äänioikeuden vuosikokouksessa (vaikka joku ostaisi sata jäsenyyttä, hän ei siltikään saa kuin yhden äänen)
- Vievät eteenpäin yhteiskunnallista yrittäjyyttä Suomessa
Omistajuus on tärkeä keino rahoittaa Hubia. Avasimme omistajajäsenyyden juuri nyt, koska Hubin alkutaival on ohi ja nyt on aika lähteä muovaamaan toimintaa yhdessä kaikkien perustajien kanssa. On aika lähteä tekemään merkittävää muutosta. Ja tämä onnistuu vain yhdessä. Omistajien Hubiin sijoittama pääoma tullaan käyttämään lyhentämättömänä Hubin hyväksi.
Hubin omistajajäsenyys maksaa 500 euroa kappale ja se on ikuinen koska et ikinä halua erota (mutta sääntöjen mukaan voit tietenkin jos haluat).

- Promote social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and a new culture of working and doing in the greater Helsinki area through their co-ownership of the Hub
- Steer the Hub by choosing the board in the annual general assembly and by bringing their views out in the co-owner meetings, if they so choose
- Decide on the profit sharing of the Hub in the annual general assembly
- Are a democratic community; if you are a co-owner, you will have one vote in the general assembly, irrespective of the number of memberships you’ve purchased.
Co-ownership is an important funding vehicle for the Hub. We decided to open up the opportunity at this juncture, because the initial steps of Hub Helsinki are behind us and now is the time to start shaping the activities together with all founders. And this can be only done together. The co-ownership fee is 500 euros and the capital invested in the Hub will be used directly for the benefit of the Hub in Helsinki.
