The space

350 m² of light, spacious and convertible space at the heart of Helsinki center for working, meeting, and organizing events. Our spaces—the Aquarium (meeting room), the Green Room (workshop room), and the Studio (work space)—are available for our members and non-members, both individuals and organizations.

If you want to book a space for your meeting, workshop or other event, please fill in the form in the sidebar and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Your booking is valid only after we have confirmed it. You can also call us +358 44 352 6634 or send e-mail to helsinki.hosts@the-hub.net.

You can find our prices and room capacity from the gallery below. You are also welcome to see the space for yourself anytime between 9am and 5pm during the weekdays.

Hosting service after 5pm

For events after 5pm we offer you a hosting service which costs 20 euros/h. One of our hosts will take care of the space, lock the doors and help you with practicalities. For non-members this service is obligatory after 5pm. For Hub members it’s voluntary.

Coffee, tea and catering

We are offering you also a possibility to order coffee/tea and bakery items for your meetings. If you need a catering service, we can suggest Sis. Deli. Just tell us what kind of servings you need when booking the space and we will take care of the rest.

Coffee or tea: 2 euros/person
Coffee or tea and bakery item: 4 euros/person
Prices include VAT 14%.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, it must be made 24 hours before the event. If the cancellation is made later than that, we will charge the whole price.
